    This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to join Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley in a season of giving that brings joy and hope to young people across our community.

     

    #GivingTuesday is a global movement of generosity that is more vital in 2024 than ever before. Held each year on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving, Giving Tuesday is a global day of generosity that unites millions of people worldwide in support of causes they believe in. At BGCSV, we’re using this special day to kick off the Joy Drive—a holiday gift collection to support local youth who need it most.

    How To Get Involved

    Help bring the holiday spirit to youth in Santa Clara County who need it most.

     

    The Joy Drive, happening on December 5th, is a community-wide effort to make the holidays brighter for over 6,000 children and teens we serve. There are several ways you can make a meaningful impact:

    • Donate Gifts: Bring a new, unwrapped gift suitable for children or teens to one of our drop-off locations in San Jose, Alviso, or Morgan Hill.
    • Volunteer: Join us as a holiday helper by sorting gifts, staffing activity stations, or assisting with gift distribution to ensure every child’s holiday is filled with joy.
    • Donate: Not able to drop off a gift in person? Your donation will go directly toward providing safe space, caring mentors, and life-changing programs for youth.

    Get In The Holiday Spirit With Enchant!

    Get ready to shine in your ugliest sweater for a night of fun, prizes, and holiday magic! On December 7, 2024, you can bring your family and friends to a special gift Joy Drive Gift Donation event with Boys & Girls Clubs at Enchant Christmas San Jose. Anyone bringing a gift will receive a coupon for $5 off while supplies last to use at the Enchant store. Wander the maze, glide along the ice skating trail, savor seasonal food and drink, visit Santa and Mrs. Claus, and take in a bird’s-eye view of the dazzling lights from the Ferris Wheel.
